2016 Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc


An outstanding and powerful paragon from an extraordinary vintage. The juice was cold fermented and then matured for 2 months on it’s lees to enhance the depth and weight of the multi layered palate. The impressive texture is supported by an array of intense blackcurrant, gooseberry and lime flavours which interact with the supporting herbal components of capsicum. A well structured wine, well suited for crustaceans, kai moana and vegetarian dishes. Not for the faint hearted!
