Perfectly ripened grapes were hand picked in the coolness of the morning. The majority of the juice (89%) was cold fermented, while the remainder was barrel fermented. Extended Lees contact and brief oak maturation added more complexity and balance to the elegant structure. Pineapple, Guava and lime flavours are dominant on the palate. It’s fine grained acidity leaves along lasting and impressive finish .Enjoy with fish dishes, vegetarian plates, mature cheese or on it’s own in good company. Cellar potential until 2021.
